“There is a field beyond all notion of right and wrong. Come meet me there.” --Rumi
Welcome
A safe space to explore one’s existential awakening and the vagaries of modern life. Finding meaning and purpose in crisis, tragedy, illness, end-of-life, grief or simply the host of daily challenges. Trauma-informed care utilizing the tools of transpersonal and/or energy psychology, and contemplative spirituality. Nonjudgmental, non-denominational, non-religious. Exploring one’s relationship with Higher Consciousness, The Divine, or Source … however one relates to the Great Mystery, to your individual concept of God.
Why Fourth Heart?
The Japanese suggest we have three hearts. The first, is the heart we share with the world. It is how we wish the world to know us. With the people we care about, those with whom we feel less vulnerable, we are willing to share the second heart. The third heart is the one we reserve for only for ourselves because we fear even those who love us won't accept it's secrets. I suggest there is a fourth heart, one we bury deep within our psyche. This fourth heart along with its contents remains hidden from ourselves. That is the aim of psycho-spiritual exploration, the excavation of this buried heart. It is in this tender and gentle revelation where healing may begin.
